Free technical support includes:

+ Consultation on working with TDSSE CMS by email (free of charge within 6 months from date of the license purchase) or on technical support forum (doesn't depend on the time of purchase).
+ Release of software updates and bugs fixing in the software product.

Support terms:

+ The TDSSE CMS user sends questions through the feedback form. The user must state: agreement number (license key) or domain name.
+ The version of the software product (e.g. TDSSE CMS 2.00 version).
+ Web-site or page URL with a problem.
+ A detailed description of the problem. Also provide the full text of errors , as well as a description of the action in which the error occurred.

You can also contact the support through the feedback form located on the main page of your web-site (working on TDSSE CMS) admin panel.

The support doesn't:

+ Move the TDSSE CMS script from a local computer to the server and from server to server.
+ Update manually the software. The script have an implemented system of automatic update to new versions in the admin panel.
+ Integrate the software with external scripts.
