The subject of the license agreement:
The subject of this license agreement is the right to use one licensed copy of TDSSE CMS software, in the manner and on terms set in this agreement.
The content of the agreement:
The Customer Service (technical support) is available for 6 months since the acquisition of one standart licensed copy of TDSSE CMS software. If you decide not to prolong it after the service period, your software will be fully operational, but without our personalized technical support through e-mail. The automatic update of the script to a new version through the admin panel will be available in full and will work without time limits. The support on the official support forum will be also available without any time restrictions.
We reserve the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time. Changes to this agreement will be sent to users by e-mail to the addresses specified in the acquisition system and subscribed to the TDSSE.COM newsletter.
Use Restrictions:
By purchasing a license for the TDSSE CMS software, you should know that you do not get a copyright on the software. You get only the right to use the software on a single Web-site and on all its subdomains (the license is tied to a domain). To use the script on another Web-site, you need to purchase a second license. If you purchase the script for your clients, you are obliged to inform them about the license agreement. If you purchase the script not for your own use, but to install it on your client's Web-site or if you sell a Web-site with installed TDSSE CMS - your client (the new owner of the domain), will obtain all rights and obligations of this agreement.
Exceptions:
There are some scripts in the archive system that are not covered by the TDSSE CMS license. These scripts are provided to you free of charge and distributed in accordance with the GNU / GPL license. The scripts include: HTML editor Whizzywig.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
The buyer has the right:
To change the design and structure of the open part of the code in accordance with the needs of the Web-site. To produce and distribute instructions on how to set up your template modifications and language files; they must have an indication to the original developers of the software before your modifications. To create modules that will interact with our program codes, indicating that it is your original product. To pass the right to use the software to third parties, after having acquainted the new owner of the domain with the license agreement.
The buyer doesn't have the right:
To change the structure of program codes and program functions to create related products. To create independent products based on our code. To use more than one copy of the TDSSE CMS software under a single license. To advertise, sell or publish pirated copies of our software on your Web-site. To distribute or promote the spread of unauthorized copies of TDSSE CMS software. To remove the mechanisms for verifying the original license to use the TDSSE CMS script.
Warranty Limitations:
The security mechanisms that are installed on TDSSE CMS have known limitations and despite the fact that we make every effort to ensure the security of the script you should be aware of the lack of absolute guarantee against breaking your Web-site. Your own headlines and articles, all published original material and the associated rights, as well as materials created by the use of our software products are owned by the user and protected by law. We are not responsible for the content of Web-sites created using TDSSE CMS.
Pre-term termination of the contractual obligations:
This agreement terminates automatically if you refuse to comply with the terms of our agreement. If this license agreement is violated we may terminate the license agreement unilaterally.
